Enemies in Outriders, upon getting killed, drop various loots for you to collect off of them. Sometimes, this loot could consist of very rare and legendary items that can be easily ignored while progressing through the storyline. You have to go to every enemy’s location to collect loot by pressing E. There is an option in the options menu to select which loot you want to be collected automatically.
Enabling Auto-Loot in Outriders
There are five types of loot in Outriders, among which you can select to collect a certain type of loot automatically.
- Common
- Unusual
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
You can select any one from the above loot types to be collected automatically in the options menu. You need to look for “Auto Loot Minimum Rarity” under the Gameplay section in the Options menu. You need to keep in mind that you can only select one value from these five values, we recommend keeping it on “Rare” as the Rare tier has some of the interesting loots and you can manually look for the loot with above rarity than this.
You will get a good quality loot in the early stages of the game, but as you keep on progressing, the rarity of the loot keeps on dropping and you will be awarded good loot once in a while. So, use the automatic loot picking function to avoid out looking any good loot. This function will help you focus on combat more and not get blown up during the combat.
