Death in the Family mission that occurs in Dartmoor, England in Hitman 3 is a mission that will make you observe and experience a heart-wrenching family story. You will disguise yourself as a detective and you will stroll all around the huge estate searching for clues as to who killed Mr. Zachary or did he really attempt suicide. You will have to pass on your observations to Alexa, your target in this mission. There are plenty of people that you can accuse of Zachary’s murder in Dartmoor mission but what happens if you accuse Emma during the Hitman 3 mission?
How to Accuse Emma in Hitman 3?
In order to accuse anyone as a murderer, you will need some solid evidence. First off, collect evidence from rooms that are easily accessible to you. You might also need to scan the dirty shoes of Emma in hers and Gregory’s room and the greenhouse key fob there as well. Carefully examine every piece of evidence you find, later on in the mission, you will have enough to accuse Emma of the murder.
Now, you will want to share your observations with Alexa and Mr. Fernsby will take you to Alexa’s room. As you confront Alexa and choose the option to accuse Emma of being the killer, you will start by revealing that Emma isn’t just the daughter-in-law of Alexa but also the illegitimate daughter of Montgomery, Alexa’s older brother, who Alexa and Zachary killed 46 years ago. Wild. Yeah?! But of course, she will deny the accusation at first but 47 smoothly gets her to let him finish.
Agent 47 tells Alexa about Emma’s mother “Jane” Emma’s mother was a minor and local girl and she was Montgomery’s fiancé when he died. She witnessed Alexa and Zachary murdering Montgomery and throw him off the balcony and believed that they did it to steal Montgomery’s empire from his heirs, which was kind of true.
Jane then gave birth to Emma and raised to avenge the death of her fiancé Montgomery and to claim back what was lost years back, then take control of the Carlisle empire for her descending generations. Emma cleverly used Alexa’s funeral gathering to speed up things and announce herself as the lady of the house and to remove all obstacles in her way, she made Zachary’s death look like a suicide, her next target was going to be Alexa, who was known to be dead by the previous night but came alive the next morning out of nowhere.
This fake death of Alexa threw things off a bit from the loop for Emma and her “Lady of house” proceedings, ultimately Emma’s intentions getting exposed by 47, in front of Alexa.
This whole scene made all the sense that Emma killed Zachary as players, on playing the mission will observe that she had access to all the secret passageways accessible with the dog cane, she also made the venom to poison Zachary using his own plants and staged the suicide. It is still unfortunate for Emma that Alexa was there to foil things for her.
Alexa then starts telling 47, how she and Zachary killed Montgomery and that she had to do it for the future of the family, as she thought that Montgomery wasn’t as equipped well to take over the fortune and dynasty of the family in comparison to Alexa. According to her, Montgomery was “All heart and no balls” kind of a person, after finding out that she’s the next target, 47 offers her to let him take care of Emma matter but she says that she will take care of it herself.
After all the hard work, and telling her everything about the murder case to Alexa, Agent 47 demands of her to handover the case file on Arthur Edwards, revealing his identity to her, Alexa is shocked on knowing that, 47 made his way into the mansion even though her strict security but she doesn’t try to get him killed. After She handovers over the case file to you, she thanks you for your hard work. Now finally, you can just wait for her to go to the balcony and follow her there and kill her as soon as her guards stop looking, then just escape the mansion.
