If you want to extract from Dubai in style in a helicopter, you should first find a key to the Helicopter with which you will gain access to the helicopter ending of the Dubai mission. Just like the previous Hitman titles, Hitman 3 also offers players to escape or exit a mission in different ways after pulling the assassination of the target. There are a number of extraction points available for you by default to extract out of the mission, there are several other ways, which you can unlock by completing certain side objectives or obtaining certain items in a mission.
Players can unlock an extraction out of the Dubai mission, in a helicopter. Due to its close proximity to the penthouse and lack of enemy patrols, players can extract from the map easily and efficiently using this way of extracting out of the mission, but the player has to first find the key to unlock the helicopter.
The key to the helicopter can be found just outside the backstage area of the art installation and is one level underneath the helipad location. Players can easily gain access to this area by going off to the garden first and when it’s safe, vault over the railing and climb towards the backstage area and you will reach two windows that can be hacked open with Agent 47’s phone. Now as you have entered the backstage area of the art installation, just avoid the crew members you will find there or kill them and head towards the balcony at the other side of the room.
On reaching the balcony, you will notice multiple swinging targets on ropes, and right next to the targets on the walkway lies the helicopter key, which is quite small and you would easily miss it if you don’t know the exact location of the key. Once the helicopter key is picked up, the “Rotor Ready” challenge is unlocked which is worth 1000 XP.
After acquiring the key, head up the adjacent ladder to reach the helicopter and its pilot, now on incapacitating the pilot and disguising as the pilot will unlock a new challenge “Rotor Man” which also rewards you 1000 XP. From the helipad, you can incapacitate any penthouse guard and disguise as one of them and you will be able to move freely anywhere across the whole level.
After eliminating both Carl and Marcus, head towards the helicopter to unlock the “Up and Away” challenge worth 1000 XP. Now just by extracting out of the mission with a helicopter awards you 3000 XP, you can start accumulating XP towards Dubai mastery level 20.
