How to Get Second Heart in Cyberpunk 2077?
The only way to get Second Heart cyberwear in the game is to buy it from a vendor. V needs to head over to the Ripperdoc in Heywood, Wellsprings to get the cyberwear. It costs 42,000 Eurodollars because it’s a legendary cyberwear. 42,000 Eurodollars is a high price for an implant but its effects are worth it.
When slotted, Second Heart cyberwear instantly restores 100% of V’s HP after receiving fatal damage. It’s basically a 1-up from those retro games. It also has a cooldown of 2 minutes so it can’t be spammed. There’s also a trophy that needs V to kill the enemy who killed him after being revived with Second Heart cyberwear within 5 seconds.
There are some alternatives to Second Heart cyberwear in the game. Options such as Bioplastic Blood Vessels, Blood Pump, and Biomonitor are good alternatives. Bioplastic Blood Vessels heals V when he’s outside combat, Blood Pump provides instant healing, and Biomonitor triggers healing when V loses a certain specific HP threshold. These cyberwear, unlike Second Heart, also have lesser variants along with the legendary ones but keep the prices in mind.
